Cleanliness Is Our Priority One thing that truly sets us apart is our commitment to cleanliness. Unlike many hotels and vacation rentals, we wash and replace ALL bedding between every guest, including blankets and throws. We don’t use shared comforters, and we avoid artificial fragrance plug-ins so the condo feels naturally fresh and clean. It’s one of the many small details that helps our guests relax from the moment they arrive.

Our HOA performs a monthly smoke alarm and AC filter checks. We ask for guests cooperation and understanding in complying with this HOA rule. Enjoy your stay!

- Please enjoy your your stay and have a great time in St. Pete Beach! - We provide beach towels, umbrellas and other beach gear with no additional charge (many nearby properties charge for beach towels. Check details before you book) - No parties - Must be at least 22 years old to book. Gulf Winds Resort and Majestic Beach Condo policy (strictly enforced): - NO SMOKING in the condo, balcony or within the Condo area. Must step outside the Gulf Winds premise to smoke - NO PETS are allowed - NO USE OF GRILL on the balcony or inside the unit We also have access to the full spectrum of travel planning services and can help with travel planning for you and your family. ** Please note that St. Pete Beach area is still recovering from the two devastating storms that hit us in the fall of 2024. Some places are still rebuilding so you may hear construction noises during the day time. Some places are still closed but many have reopened and are welcoming visitors.
